At Theka Coffee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Perishable Items (e.g., Coffee Beans, Food Items): Due to the nature of perishable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Perishable Items (e.g., Merchandise, Accessories): Returns are accepted for non-perishable products, such as coffee merchandise or accessories, within 15 days of the purchase date. The items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photographs of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

Approval Process: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you whether your return or refund is approved.

Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@thekacoffee.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Perishable food products once opened
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
6. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled without penalty before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return eligible items according to our return policy.
